Data management Finance partner (maternity cover)

As a finance partner within data&reporting Center of Expertise, it is expected from you to manage data quality and respect of timeline for activities related to data feeding (ex: data ingestion in One truth Costing).
You manage data end to end from data collection until data ingestion making and controls.
You will handle the following activities:
Training&support
Prepare training material and train input providers
Maintain and update documentation
Support users (answer questions, resolved issues, assign ticket to other stakeholders)
Input Creation/collection
Collect inputs from providers
You supervise incoming and outgoing flows and integrate or launch manually certain data flows or referential updates (ex: conversion rates, mappings…)
Collect data and produce inputs to feed applications
Detect and address
Early identification of issues and effective interaction with stakeholders
Control inputs quality (format, naming convention…)
Set up solution for detected issues
Coordination
You coordinate and define with stakeholders (business experts, solutions experts, input providers…) actions and milestones to ensure that data is made available, on time and with due quality, to support business objectives.
Data quality checks
Control data quality on regular basis and inform stakeholders
Continuous improvement
Finally, thanks to your proximity to users and your daily experience, you will propose and participate to Finance continuous improvements.
Recommend changes to improve productivity and efficiency
votre profil
University Degree in Accounting, Finance or with data management specialisation
You have from 3 to 5 years experience in controlling, internal controlling or Finance information systems
A proven experience on a similar position is a plus
You are rigorous, professional, and reliable with analytical thinking
You have good organizational & planning skills
You are able to work independently and as a team player
Experience in virtual team is a plus
You have good communication (verbal and written) skills
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
English fluent and French at least intermediate

Base salary from 1,450 € brutto per month, actual salary is likely to be higher based on skills, knowledge and experience.
