Installation Engineer in the elevators industry in Casablanca


Adecco Maroc recrute pour l'un de ces clients, opérant dans le secteur des ascenseurs, un Ingénieur d'installation (Installation Engineer)
Missions :
The Installation Engineer is responsible to manage and control projects from sales/installation hand-over to completion including handover to client and Maintenance.
The Installation Engineer is in charge of leading and managing the installation team to ensure safe, high quality, complete-on-time delivery of our Company solutions within budget acting as our Company interface to customer and other stakeholders throughout the process.
In addition to this the successful candidate is expected to support the sales team in pre-tender and tender activities as requested.
Responsibilities :
Accountable for the delivery of the installation project and Site Safety
Accountable for the financial result of the project
Participate to the sales/installation hand-over and validates the term of the order received from the customer together with sales
Prepare the overall installation program
Plan and organize the delivery and storage of materials and tools to the site and place the orders to subcontractors and factory material suppliers
Responsible for site preparations and follow-up of site readiness
Accountable for use of correct KONE installation methods throughout the installation
Responsible for administrative activities of the project and report project progress
Accountable for people (site operatives) development and wellbeing, and managing the performance of the team and individuals

Requirements:
Relevant engineering background
Minimum 2 years’ experience with proven track record in a similar role in the elevators industry is a must
Very good French & English language skills

Bac+5 et plus
Expérience entre 2 ans et 5 ans - Espagnol (courant) & Français (courant)
