The IT Direction is in charge of the urbanism, development and run of all the technical Information System of OINIS (OSS, SOM, ROM), business Information System for the International Wholesale activities (BSS, CRM, portal, self-care, e-shop, billing, trading, BI), as well as of all the information system supporting the OWI sales and Operations ( tools for production, change IT, incident management IT, communication IT).
IT Direction will define & implement a native digital strategy to meet OWI & OINIS challenges in the evolution of virtualized networks and a revisited customer/partner experience with automation enablers to be able to launch products to market quickly both for B2B and wholesale perimeter.
As the director OINIS IT Morocco, you are responsible for overseeing transversal IT activities based in Morocco. This role will act as a key liaison between the Morocco-based teams and the OINIS IT leadership, ensuring that IT operations are aligned with OINIS strategic business goals, and providing leadership to the Morocco teams to deliver high-quality IT services across OINIS meeting customer needs and business objectives.
Operationally, your key focus is on managing OINIS IT operational performance and ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs) across OINIS IT. This role will serve as the primary liaison between the Morocco based IT teams and OINIS IT leadership, ensuring seamless communication, strategic alignment, and operational excellence. The Morocco OINIS IT director ensure that IT deliveries and performance frameworks are optimized, and that KPIs are accurately tracked, reported, and aligned with business objectives to drive data-driven decision-making and organizational success.
Act as the primary point of contact and key liaison for team members in Morocco, resolving issues and facilitating communication with OINIS IT leadership.
Provide leadership, coaching, and career development opportunities for OINIS IT operational managers and staff in Morocco.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture, ensuring that OINIS IT teams remain motivated and aligned with OINIS strategy and OINIS IT goals.
Lead the definition and implementation of processes to ensure proper governance of IT services, projects, and resources.
Collaborate with OINIS IT leadership and business units to ensure the governance framework and KPIs are effectively communicated and adhered to.¿

Ability to lead and manage teams fostering collaboration between analysts, developers, business stakeholders, and leadership
Understanding of the telco industry, organizational trends, and the specific domain in which the product/project operates
Coaching and mentoring abilities to build strong teams, help develop their skills, and ensure team members are aligned with organizational goals
Familiarity with Agile principles and practices using frameworks like Scrum or Kanban for iterative development and deployment
Clear and concise communication skills
Proven experience in managing IT teams, with strong leadership skills and a focus on operational excellence
Experience in defining and tracking KPIs to align with business objectives and measure operational performance.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge different time zones and cultural nuances.
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in a relevant field (such as an MBA in Information Technology, or a Master’s in IT Management) is preferred but not required
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is highly preferred but not required
Strong understanding of IT performance, service delivery frameworks, and business processes
