Position Overview
Our future Global PMO Manager will be responsible for the program operations and the PM infrastructure, including tools and processes, and KPI definition, monitoring, and reporting.

Responsibilities Will Include (but May Not Be Limited To)
Global PMO Strategies
Utilize industry recognized standards (PMI – Projects Management Institute)
Use the state-of-the-art system for project management with one common centralized database
Deliver world-class methodology incorporating industry and internal best practices
Deliver specific project management training and guidelines for users
Global PMO Charter
Implement and maintain critical PMO operational procedures, policies, training, and systems that enable an industry leading Program success rate
The PMO is a Center of Excellence for Program and Project Management to ensure a high degree of consistency and control to implement successful projects across Lear
The PMO develops project evaluation metrics and implements PMI standard methodologies
The PMO provides executive portfolio management to assure project alignment with strategic business objectives
Ensures Global PM Process Adherence
Analyze Efficiency Opportunities and optimize how to manage administrative tasks
Manage and coordinate the administration team that will support the Program Management team with the administrative tasks
To be a success in this role you must have:
Engineering degree
Project Management Institute (PMI) certification preferred
M.S.E. and/or MBA preferred Automotive experience
Experience in Program Management, preferably in electronics
At least 5 years of work experience in project management leading cross functional teams, both local and distributed, in highly dynamic environments.
Excellent English language is mandatory
Excellent communication skills and experience interfacing cross functional global teams.
Proactive, accountable, can-do attitude, resilient
