Job Description
The mission is to develop the building System Integrators
Manage relationship of a group of System Integrators (portfolio) at geographical level to meet sales objectives.
The mission is to develop the Building System Integrators leading the EcoExpert plan and coordinating the projects from prescription to execution.
Experience in BMS projects
Define Strategy, Marketing plan and action Plans in coordination with Marketing team.
Conquest new Partners deploying value proposition.
Ensure all the actions needed to ensure orders and sales objectives by line of product.
Pilot and coordinate projects from prescription to execution
Define commercial targets by customers and categorized customer by attractiveness and potential
Commercial efficiency follow up in order to be efficient
Regular animation, visits, events, etc
Collaboration with other colleagues managing other channel to maximize global Schneider Electric results.
Qualifications
Key requirements
Minimum experience 5 years
Bachelor’s degree in engineering
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to, Word, Excel & PPT
Well-organized and detail-oriented
Team Player and collaborator across functions
Capability to work as a part of a team in a dynamic environment.
High degree of initiative and pro-active approach
Ability to work independently and adapt in an ever-changing work environment
Strong inter-personal and influence skills.
