Sales Support Team Manager -VMware

Manages team responsible for quote and transactional sales support within a business region (EMEA)
Determines appropriate procedures to support the business needs
Identifies and drives opportunities for process improvements for team
Meets and exceed SLAs in providing support to the sales team, route agnostic, for VMware software licensing products
Maintain good business relationships with all cross-functional teams

Essential Requirements
Typically, 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work
Undergraduate degree required (Master’s Degree preferred)
Fluent English (Written and Verbal), knowledge of additional languages desired
Experience with all Microsoft applications (Strong PowerPoint skills)
Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask & organizational and planning skills
