SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Support and assist the Projects Sales Lead in offering and selling technically correct systems and use of products, by quality assuring that bids are in accordance with technical requirements and taking part in customer meetings, in order to minimize risk to Jotun and ensure that customers’ expectations are met.
Responsibilities:

•Verify the quality of technical information in bids and specifications by assuring that written documentation contains reliable and correct technical information to ensure compliance with global standards, certificates, and customer requirements, and that Jotun is perceived as a preferred supplier.
•Support and assist sales personnel by providing relevant documentation, making draft specifications and project-specific procedures to ensure that the right products and solutions are used for the right purpose and in line with customer expectations.
•Assist and support sales personnel with technical knowledge when interacting with customers by making technical presentations and providing technical documentation to establish professionally sound relations with customers.
•Approve specification and make product recommendations.
•Verify technical questions with local lab, and log enquiries and file reports as per TSS policies and procedures
•Support and assist the Projects Sales Lead in handling claims and complaints.
•Support and assist sales team and Projects Sales Lead in conducting customers plant improvement projects to ensure customers are benefiting from Jotun innovative products.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER
Bachelor's degree in related field
1-3 years of work experience in related field
Languages: English, French and Arabic are required
