Technical Support Executive


In this role you will supervise the on-going painting works of projects to ensure right product and correct usage of the finished coating to achieve the performance as recommended in Jotun's technical data sheets and method of statement. You will be responsible for Master Painter program which qualifies painters to be professional ones.
This position will be reporting to Decorative Sales & Marketing Manager.
Supervise and advise applicators on the proper application of paints to ensure painting work is carried out according to specifications and procedures.
Supervise on-site assessment, inspection, and reporting on painting activities to ensure that painting jobs are carried out according to specifications and procedures.
Ensure onsite testing according to specifications to ensure the quality of achieved requirements.
Liaise with Sales Executives on product deliveries and other matters, which require the service of site supervision to ensure the right amount of product available before painting.
Ensure proper painting application at the site, advise concerned project management about shortfalls in application procedures, and ensure that applicators follow specified painting procedures.
Monitor consumption levels of paints at the site and inform Sales Executives of shortages.
Responsible for Master Painter program/Paint School trainings (technical training & presenting Jotun products in seminars in deferent cities over all Morocco) and ensure that all related trainings are provided to painters with high quality as per Jotun standards.
Ensure paint samples are created with best quality by applying the right Jotun paint system during Jotun visual merchandising and inside Jotun retail show rooms.
We Look For:
Diploma degree in related technical field.
2-4 years of work experience in related field.
Languages: French, Arabic and English are required.
