Position overview:
Our future Maintenance supervisor will have as main responsibility to increase overall efficiency and improve the level of our Maintenance standards.
Also, Plan, direct and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance and repair activities to ensure the company’s buildings, facilities and equipment operate reliably and efficiently
Additional duties will include (but may not be limited to):
Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities:
Supervising and leading all maintenance processes and operations.
Tracking expenses and overseeing the budget for maintenance.
Maintaining all machinery to ensure it’s at working standards.
Creating and implementing maintenance procedures.
Conducting regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
Planning and managing all repair and installation activities.
Ensuring all maintenance technicians adhere to the safety policies and procedures.
Assigning repair schedules and evaluating repair cost estimates.
Documenting and preparing daily progress reports and maintenance logs.
Overseeing equipment stock and placing orders for new supplies when necessary.
To be a success in this role you must have:
Industrial Engineer/Master in Industrial Engineering.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in maintenance & facilities management in automotive industry
Previous experience as maintenance Supervisor/Responsible
High understanding of the PLC & automation
Strong knowledge facilities machines and equipment.
Good understanding of IATF requirements.
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
French/English: Advanced Level.
